Agree, TAM would be mad to sell out. It doesnt feel like it but the pressure is on NST here. They have spent more the A$80m on TAM for just their 40%. TAM owning 60% of this project and it moving forward would put a 2 in front of our SP.
We wouldn't have to be diluted...a rights issue would give all shareholders an option to maintain their current % holdings.You would need another cap raising at the project level to see if NST would tip in and I'm sure they would. Im sure our cashed up major shareholder would be very happy to underwrite any cap raise.
I use to think we really needed NST but now they are just in the way. A$3000 gold has made them irrelevant.
