Nannook,you may well be right, who really knows. GF would not want to get ahead of itself by playing the acquisition game at the moment because the greenfield JV area /program may only spit out rock and sand and very little else! I very much doubt it but who really knows? What we do know however is the global production of gold is on the decline and all the major producers are now proactively looking for new provinces by which to underwrite their position going forward. So it is most definitely a possibility depending upon what the CQT extended ground produces or indicates. I think that JT and Co are well and truly configured for the enhancement of an exit strategy which will of course flow on to all shareholders. The Top 200 is stable but we have few if any insto investors to assist and even contribute to the exit strategy. I sense that this is realised by CQT and is now in the process of changing. But it is all a function of outcome so time will tell.
