To my recollection, Strait's all in production cost (inc. all capex, admin cost, and financing) is approx AUD3.10/lb. Assuming 27kt copper production and copper price at AUD3.50/lb, that would translate to EPS 2 cents per share.
Too hard to figure out what SP will be if you try to price in risk factor of an AUD160M debt + fluctuating copper prices..but hey if theres a short term burst of SP to even just 2cents, I'd be laughing to the bank (and Rocket surely will too).
I hope someone will come along and expand Strait's production capacity just like what's being discussed for Tiger Resource's projects.
