Like soooo many stocks, it has just lacked a profile.
Having a profile is worth its weight in gold [again, pardon the pun; lol].
Some have it, and produce multi-baggers [CUL, CVI...], while others hover until results warrant the market becoming aware of its potential - and then it gains the profile it deserves [RMS - and im sure, AAR]
A run to 13, and then above imo
