Hi William - yes and no..many years out of a Trader in Broker's Office so-p not sure of rules now.
All should be supervised by the Broker holding the client's info.
-If you currently hold shares - you can sell/buy 1.
-if you are new shareholder and 1st buy - $500.(that I believe is a Registry requirement-)
-if it is an estate - divorce then Sell 1 -2 etc winding up etc.
