JenaValve's target technology is about improving valve styles currently available with the majority of the focus on regurgitation. This is a good move if you're only looking at the first generation valves and making them slightly safer (functionality is not better IMO).
In the current market, without us, JenaValve has a place to fill a specific need.
The JenaValve IMO is not even a blip on the radar to be our competition in the future. If it has any decent success, it'll be as a band aid waiting for our valves to hit the market.
Our valve solves the same problem and A LOT more. the technology is not even close.
