There is about 2 to 3 million ounces of gold on the Tabatse/Garatau farms looking at the prill splits which really has a minimal impact on the basket price on the UG2 reef but makes up about 6% of the orebody on the Merensky reef.
It's now standard practice to add chrome recovery plants to the process when mining the UG2 ore as a byproduct. No rare earths and I think the Beng were bullshitting about having the gold rights.
