Thorin the problem from the that meeting was not just failure to sell Vanmag and settle Mashalla. For starters they had already raised money on several occasions ostensibly for Mashalla settlement, it shouldn't have even been related to Vanmag. Of course there are many other current hold co liabilities. More importantly they said that there were $6m of annual holdco costs that there was no cash available to pay. When asked how they could create such a disfunctional structure, the director said #hit happens. Do you feel better about the situation just because they don't talk about it anymore as they try to sell more stock to repay various liabilities? I'm not sure what your thinking is on it? Do you not notice that they are still finding every way possible to sell stock that you think is too cheap?
