Bigbill, in regard to my last reply to you in, I’ve listened back to the meeting to double check my understanding and whereas I recalled them saying that they were not going to do a rights issue I now realise that what they said was they did not want to do a rights issue. So strictly speaking I accept that the comment you made on the wording was accurate and I apologise for saying otherwise.

What we know is that they wanted to pursue other options first, we are way past eight weeks and they have updated the market on progress with those other options. I believe they have sufficient funding meantime and wait to hear how the various negotiations pan out.
