Just a week ago more 700.000 shares were traded at 17 cents....

Just a week ago more 700.000 shares were traded at 17 cents. Without any change in NXR and no bad news announcements people are willing to sell at 7 cents???

Based on the downside risk versus the upside potential I really don't understand this.

To much ST thinking imo, people are willing to sell shares at any price just to switch to shares were there is more activity. Day traders rule the market atm.
