What sort of business wants to backdoor list into a $17m shell that has almost no cash. I can name dozens of other shells worth a fraction of that value. The only reason you would give $17m of your business value to others is if its not actually worth anything. Obvious what ever it is they end up with will have almost none or limited revenue . I know i will be right because i am rarely wrong in the long run. Some will be left high and dry like all the other HC ramps , out of every 10 ramps on HC you would be lucky to see one actually make it .
