    But a dispute between asx and asic....which neither side and afford to lose....or be seen to lose is unwinnable....

    Therefore I could see the suspension going on for a long time....

    Especially if it goes down to legal and court action as WM seems to be hinting....

    Look at Onetel....it took 5 years for that one to go to court.

    I will not be selling even if they come back ... but I have just sold some other stock to make up for my 10k loss and I will treat AUM as a write off - so as not to spend all day looking at the ASX announcements page waiting for a release that never comes.

    If I do salvage anything out of this I will now consider it a bonus.

    When I have held stocks before that have been suspended there is usually a defined reason and not a dispute between the market regulator and a company's chairman as the reason.

    I am very positive about AUM (I am a believer) but I am not a believer in the ability of ASX and AUM to resolve this quickly.

    Therefore we stay suspended... and take it as a loss
