AUD hits 70+ and has retreated a bit while GOLD has regained some fair ground - $1717 as I type this...
We want AUD to go below 67c in the next week or so and GOLD > 1725... BOTH are not impossible tasks... and we get to see GOR > 160 in this case...
as I mentioned earlier, 5 huge red candles = way oversold in the short term... some "respite" is due... maybe tomorrow we make up some of this loss and if POG keeps idling ahead and AUD slides we could hope to see the 180s once again some time this month....
part of the "pleasure" of owning a goldie - extremely volatile at even the most placid of times and these times are not placid at all...
but goldies provide the fastest climb when all ducks line up... so weigh your risk v reward and see if GOR OR any goldie is part of your trading / investing psyche... if not, it is simple, just stay away...
