hi mark i think it was a case of management needing the sp to go up to make their acquisitions cheaper so they probably tipped off a few brokers to circulate rumours of 20c.
6 months ago all you needed was a few rumours and strategic buying by a few people and you could make anything fly.
that isn't the case anymore and the announcement isn't anything exciting.
