hello sipin I can only say I have bought REU recently at 23c.I am looking at all three REU,RAT and RJT.All three look undervalued to NTA to me.I have been looking at REU because to a certain extent it has been punished because of association with AFG.I looked at the gearing and risk.In order of best gearing RJT then REU then RAT.With the fall of RJT it looks at the moment to be the best to buy into.
