I just had a look at the quarterly you refer to. Here is a copy and paste...

"The RR13-17 and 11-17 wells production tested at a combined rate in excess of 8 million cubic feet of gas per day on a sustained basis and the RR 11-17 exhibited similar strong gas show levels without being formally tested."

First they said that the RR13-17 and 11-17 wells tested at 8mmcfpd. Then in the same sentence they go on to say that the 11-17 hasn't been formally tested. Obviously a typo but the mistake is so typical of the company's poor communication.

"The Company now has a total of 34 wells at various stages in the production process." ... but is still generating an insignificant amount of revenue after huge CAPEX.
