We've already covered this discrepancy. But after my query to Jeff Clarke months back, it was clarified as:
Combined means both were tested. Formal testing is aterm, testing is a term and both are tests. While one was initially tested formally, the other did not need to be tested as the rate was obvious. This saved time and money knowing that all wells would be re-tested at a later date apon finally stabilising. Not a typo, but again, dubious expression/communication where a different term would have served better clarity. cheers.
