Kiwi, , its not about "learning the gas industry". I am talking about , what i consider a "material ommission" , I can't see how you consider this " huge" type of ommission to be " go find out for yourself , it's not management responsibility".I don't even think this a fine line , it's so obvious that it must be stated. Have you ever read the story of " the king with no clothes"? it is a worthwhile read.Without spoiling the read for you ,It's a fairy story about this king who wanders around with no clothes on and he asks all his people what they think of his attire . Being too scared to say anything to him that may offend , they say he looks fantastic and the colours suit him.Cheers.
