The Selmo USR program was a dissapointment, and management have accepted that, and moved onto other options to substantially boost production. That has required time, and meanwhile the existing decline has been arrested for now, and the asset is producing a tremendous cash flow for a small company.

As shareholders/posters are likely to side with their directors as the COE turns this whole situation ugly, I am going to refrain from posting on the COE forum for a considerable time - it is not worth the agro.

I now only have a very small COE holding, and am comfortable with my IPM, but need to pay more attention to a couple of other stocks.
