No one could be bothered spending money on maintenance and upkeep given the RUINABLES are providing so much joy and power and the coal-fired power will soon be retired. You want RELIABLE coal-fired power - get rid of the RUINABLES and go back to coal as THE primary source of power for at least the next 70 years. We will then see brand new, reliable, coast-to-coast coal-fired power stations!
