I would agree that Gold and Silver plays will not collapse down with rest of markets this time around. It is not 5 minutes ago that 2007/08 played out and most have long memories. No one will unwind in these holdings if it turns super ugly out there (which it will soon). There is going to be a horrible panic in to anything solid and outside of mainstream assets. Gold/Silver/Bitcoin and ways to keep outside main paper currency will be the way forward. There its so much currency that will have to go in to Gold and Silver and crypto currency. If the internet goes down (maybe ?) then not sure how crypto plays out but gold/silver in hand solid and legalities as to % ownership of companies hopefully o.k. after major reset… so many unknown unknowns but best to have some physical and some % in the share game still as gains will be very large in real terms after this plays through fully.
Think property prices will fall hard and my concern will be bank solvency.
