That's a good question. May have been a case of people biting off more than they can chew. Or perhaps they didn't anticipate such a massive pull-back come ex-day (I know I didn't see that coming)... Or other opportunities? Or other commitments (eg rent/bills/child support payments lol)... Many reasons.
Deapite this, I actually thought the % up-take was good. 100m shares taken up in what was a sideways-trading market at the best of times. Good to see the underwriters supporting this all the way. I'm very impressed

The exploration program will also be launched soon. I'd imagine some sort of promotional activities (eg presentations at investor roadshows) will also commence soon building momentum leading up to the resource upgrade and consequent decision to commense feasibilty studies...
