Hi rooey 7, sell when they relist and buy them back straight away. You can then write the loss on tax and get any gains if they go up. I lost 40k on this pig myself and Im in the CR but if they open lower than 5 cents I get stung both ways as I could have picked them up cheaper on the open market . There has been sone very underhanded tactics in all of this. What CEO lets ships at a wharf in singapore and Darwin bleed the company into bankruptcy. Still no mention of CL payout.
