A self supporting data algorithm, so companies like tesla have certain algorithms for their cars that the processors will use, and over time improve its algorithm by saying "oh shit I crashed, Is crashing good? No. How did I crash? X, Here is a better algorithm so next time this will not happen, Engineer is this correct? Engineer: Yes implement the new algorithm" That's how it learns it does not need access to the internet just initial DATA.
