Yes, POC would be considered in the transaction numbers imo. They are taking and holding the data and they are paying (peanuts) for the servers so are incurring operating costs.
Transaction growth to be up 70% minimum this quarter - I want 3.5 mil +. Revenue growth to be 1-2 quarters behind based on revenue recognition (I disagree with how they are recognising it)
agree with all the comments on the operating revenue including interest. That is f#ed. Such transparent amateurish behaviour worries me coming from a bunch of recently hired professionals.
