I disagree with this one. I would suggest that the milestone is material as performance rights vest and thus needs to be released to the market.

Also, as for the trial being in the internal ecosystem and the full program being the service partner delivery program, another alternative is that GSW will be involved ongoing in both.

The service partner program will take a few years to scale, but the FBA program didn't exist four/five years ago and now is over half of all Amazon sales.
