You notice with Amazon and their very humble kick-off in Oz, the maturity of a well run business! They will take the time and do it RIGHT! They [Amazon] are the new kid on the local block and their not swaggering around....yet....even though, they are likely bigger than the entire local block put together

Compare that, to a well-known Oz retailer, who just a few years back, made a HUGE "song-n-dance" about entering the hardware sector......they rolled out dozens of huge destination mega-stores, they told you, that as a customer, you didn't want bags or check-out service - you'd do it their way. They had the hardware store chain initially run by a woman [I think I'm right in saying]....because......well.......it sounds so sexy and obviously, the last thing you need in running a hardware store is likely some "bloke"....all he's got to offer is decades of building industry/products experience etc......who needs that!

Not for that big-know-it-all Ozzie retailer a "phase i" [let's learn the ropes] period....no way....we'll show 'em!

Wonder how their going........must be Masters at it by now.......

Just be pls'd we're in food and the new kid on the block likely won't shine their light there....yet!
