I think the real question is if you're right why a company with nothing unique, no R&D and a product anyone could copy over the weekend would be even let in the front door of NAW, YUM or Amazon.

I also do not understand why fidelity wouldn't employ at least 1 person with some sort of IT background to take a quick look. Surely he or she would have said give me $1 million and I'll build you a better system by this time next week ?
