share price and company value are two diff things
banks change stock price mqg sometimes 7 percent in a day
company book value does not change

I suggest you do reaseach on list value of company book values etc
it's a complicated process and even bhp get it wrong when they pay overs for mines
but there is a principle to it and it's not share price
it's more complicated then that enjoy your day goodbye
