That's all interesting but the reality is that Ohm is not likely, in its current form, to be built into any new building.
From day one a key selling point was the ease with which it can be installed into existing infrastructure. Similarly it's designed to create awareness of usage, not to be an efficiency measure itself. Any new construction would build in the best of available technology and likely not need Ohm. It would be a nice feature in a new build but not the target (subject to further capability upgrades of course).
Some jet cooling might be in order.
