As many buildings are not leased by one tenant, an arguments exists that each floor or group of floors could have some type of monitor.
As well i think I read Buddy has teamed up with a company that is into control. This from my opinion was the first step into monitor and control in new buildings or refurbishments.
Who knows but I would not discount that angle so early.
