It doesnt matter as there are many many more older buildings than new buildings and when a new building is finished construction they can always add buddy as developers build building the cheapest possible way , with very little thought about energy consumption after its built
unless the client commissions a green building which would be 1 in 100 a
s it probably cost at least 50 percent more to build
