Well Wiki Leaks published a list of all AWS datacentres the other day. AWS were using 8 facilities in Australia back in 2015. 2 of their own and 6 external.
As as a result of this news I believe AWS is the S2 customer. The fact they are buying in Sydney and there is no symmetry with paired compute in melbourne. Microsoft typically buys paired power in Sydney and Melbourne.
If our guesses are true this is massive for NextDC. Amazon is growing the fastest in absolute power terms of all the public cloud providers.
