Sorry to dissapoint, Coastal has made public that they will not vote at all for the whole of their holding unless a higher offer is made.

I suspect that with Coastal holding back their vote the TPG guy's can wait for the result, if it doesn't get up they can then make a call if they need to raise the offer to push it through.

Effectively Coatsal are garanteeing their 10c but leaving the door open for a little more to close the deal!
