Amcor shareholders will own 71% of the "New Amcor" through CDI's...

Amcor shareholders will own 71% of the "New Amcor" through CDI's that will be listed on the ASX (to be down graded to a "secondary exchange" !) and the Bemis shareholders will own 29% of the "New Amcor traded on the NYSE (the"primary exchange"). Amcor is an Australian company dating back to the 1860s...surely the ASX should remain the primary exchange? and Bemis shareholders should receive ADR's (similar to CDI's) traded on NYSE. The CEO believe Amcor shareholders are "agnostic" to the change!
