There is one option that could happen. The former White Mining shareholders and AMCI, held 69% of Felix stock on 30th June 2007.
White Mining was a private Australian Company and AMCI are a private American outfit.
Felix Resources could be taken private by an offer for the outstanding stock.
This would then take away the pressures on the Management over a possible takeover and they could dispense with the two independent Directors.
Deals could then be made to break-up Felix Resources without the problem of questions being raised on deals not at arms length.
