AMCI are fully capable of selling down a lil to increase the downward pressure (to get some holders sell right into their hands) they can still end in a net buy and we don't see their trading activity in the substantial holder release all we see is net buy or net sale. So I suggest it is them so that they don't have to pay much more for their fill. Why else would price go down when the stock is clearly being accumulated!! Stop selling?
