FLX's largest share holder has purchased an additional 158,927 FLX shares to take total holdings just under 20%.
This could go either one of 2 ways
1)POSITIVE
Positive as AMCI either knows that the FLX will be taken over or they will launch a take bid themselves as they already have 20% at a much lower cost base ($4.20 for 19% of company) than other competitors
2)NEGATIVE
AMCI has increased its stake to act as a blocking stake so that the proposed take over can not occur.
Im sure more information will be released at the 1H09 trading update but would like any thoughts on the matter.
