AMCI just did 2 SPACs in the US, focused on the following problem:
Given the scale and difficulty of the challenge, we believe that companies that can provide creative solutions to the problems of decarbonization and sustainability in heavy industry will earn attractive returns over a long period of time.

Their first SPAC acquired Advent Technologies, https://www.advent.energy/, a fuel cell technology company.
They just raised $150m for their second SPAC. The prospectus has a lot of info on AMCI, I encourage you all to read it.

Given their current focus, the obvious move will be for AMCI to market JMS as a provider of battery metals. Exciting times ahead.

What's also very interesting is the prospectus mentions AMCI have a number of JVs with POSCO. POSCO being a large minority shareholder in JMS, I don't expect AMCI to destroy their reputation and steal value from POSCO at JMS.
