Given number of shares to be issued and that market has been aware for some time, might be reasonable to assume that the current share price reflects the additional SOI and has regard for both new Management and Rios progress at Simandou.
Dumping serves no purpose, the ground has major potential and if the price remains steady or increments its only further profit for those fortunate to secure an allocation at $0.001.
