Rye I was critical of sovereign risk in Africa and wouldn't venture there and I still am acutely aware of the risks. Many -many companies have lost their entire assets. Nevertheless from where I stand can vend into listed companies who in turn if they prove up a billion tonnes of high grade can sell to the majors who have a better chance of dealing with appropriation of assets.
