BC, If you read the announcement "Exploration Target for Hematite Fines Project" it isn't predominantly 'Canga' they are targeting it's Oxide Banded Iron Formation ('BIF' ) (both soft oxide BIF & Intact oxide BIF they report).I'm no geologist, but it's my understanding that the BIF contains the iron ore in the form of hematite in this case. Arrow also mention hematite in the release.
The canga is just the thin layer or crust on the surface is it not?How is the BIF in Simandou North different from the BIF in the Pilbara?
Also, what's with all the fear mongering re China and iron ore collapsing. Last time I checked the IO price was still above $100/t US. Hardly the end of the world I wouldn't have thought.
I'm sure your intentions are good but posting such as that will certainly scare off newbies and some weak hands!
