Today I attended the above congress & listended to a preso by the MD - Ian Chalmers which was very informative. As you are all probably aware ALK have several excellent prospective projects with huge potential.

The Dubbo zirconia project is perhaps the most interesting long term project given the ongoing current interest with regards to the environment & the many uses for the rare earth minerals that this significant project offers. This is potentially an absolute ripper in the med to long term?

The Orange gold JV with Newmont is also VERY exciting given that Newmont could at any time bring forward this project as a direct result of its necessity to maintain gold volumes internationally? It's a massive resource that is in it's own right even as a JV is a company maker.

The other NSW gold projects are also very exciting & given that the POG is at present increasing & the cost of labour & infrastructure is decreasing so the timing at this point in time couldn't be better?

The future for ALK appears very bright indeed.
