So I can only conclude that he did not know we were not fully permitted ( a very important oversight has occured ) or he was lieing .
There is no reason to blatently lie , he screwed up and the project will take an extra quarter or 2 to get to production . Mind you his fan club are in total denial about this despite the clear evidence from the video .
Anyway not much can be done about it but it does put the termination clauses in a different light .
