Just followed my own advice and looked at the financials
According to the last quarterly report PEX will have $3.8m cash at Dec 31.
Capital raise is inevitable soon - unless I have missed something (please point out if I have!).
Another company I am following is fast approaching a similar situation and it's SP is beginning a descending death spiral.
This needs to be addressed very quickly imho.
