Bottle sad as it is to say but this is almost normal for the Peel share price. It really doesn't seem to matter all that much about how much cash they are carrying at any given time. The price goes down anyway. The last cap raising was on June 06 this year @ $0.31. Since then the price has only been at that level or a $0.01 higher for a handful of days. For over 6 months those who participated in that raising have been underwater on their investment.

This is what some of us are seeing as an almost systemic issue with the way things are being run. The market does not continually mark down a stock unless it sees some kind if issue. This is not just a base metal price related issue. It was happening when metal prices were much higher than now.
