Is the recent buying/demand due to the amended (weakened) statement of claim filed by the Phi Finney McDonald-led class action??
It appears that Phi Finney McDonald is a) confirming an Amazon contract but b) now claiming that shareholders didn't know that Amazon could cancel its contract with GetSwift at any time and that Amazon was/is not obligated to use GetSwift's services. Ummm...So its an MSA...so is Phi Finney McDonald basically arguing that this agreement is like any other B2B MSA on planet earth??
Guess I understand the recent buying then!! These lawyers are wasting everyone's time and money...let's get on with the show...Guess we shall see what the next few quarters bring!
