Note the max prIce is listed as proposed and ONLY for the purpose of calculating the registration fee.
I hope it remains "proposed" only. I can't believe that the fair value of this company is valued out at $10.33/share at this stage after CER mark. 5c/CDI was bargain pre CDI. None could pick up 1/3 of the company at anytime in the last 6 mths without having driven the price up to $25-30 or 12-15c so this raising should not go out at except at s significant premium.
It's should be a privilege to get in on this stock at such a late stage - like flying First Class - so the new passengers need to pay for the luxury of an almost fully primed venture!!
(DYOR - I work in mental health but can do basic maths and can guesstimate approx $10b value of this company when FDA approved and product fully marketed.
