Can someone care to elaborate more about the amendment fees?
I understand that the warrants are structured to give lenders "upside" in any gain in the market capitalisation of the firm. However, if the shareprice is $1 in 30 days, 15% of the uplift is approximately $40M. Isn't it a little bit too much?
