    My point was knowing amortisation, is that going to change decision to buy or not? We know how much has to be paid back, we know (roughly) the interest rate and we know roughly the quantum of admin fees for the agreement.

    Of course it would be good to know from the horses mouth. Like knowing how much they pay for coffee pods would be good to know and the lease payment on Cardiff office would be good to know. Some things offer little benefit when aggregating to whole for analysis purposes.

    My argument is that it is has no bearing on an investment decision. The quantum of debt and repayment dates that are public do matter as does a belief in whether it can generate cash to meet its debt in short term and then shareholder return down the track.

    Create your own amortisation table if you feel it is important. Fairly simple to do, interest 4.75 with a debt 1st tranche debt payable May 2018 and bi-annual payment dates.
